We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). 

 

Purchasing Times
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we’ll ship it 5-7 business days after the weekend or holiday. 

 

Standard Shipping Costs
Shipments to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories): All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on weight.

Possible Delays

We at Esther Ruth Skincare do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Bear in mind that we are providing the estimated delivery date from our postal carriers. In some instances, but it is rare, that packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Return Policy

Esther Ruth Skincare is beloved by many customers, but if something isn’t for you, we have a return policy that is easy for our customers. Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt, back to the original payment method. We do not accept returns on Last Call items or items that have been used substantially.

 

Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt, back to the original payment method. For all online returns, please email hello@estherruthskincare.com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment and a return label. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we cannot make any exceptions. Return shipping costs back to our facility are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

While we will give you a full refund for your product, unused or gently used, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

 

Can I exchange items purchased online?

At this time, we are not able to process exchanges for online purchases.

When can I expect my refund?

We process returns as quickly as possible but can take up to two weeks from receipt delivery for your return to be completed. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.

 

Can Last Call items be returned?

No, Last Call items or marked-down merchandise is a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
